All councils have similar planning and building control requirements. It is important that your project complies with both planning and building control conditions. We are fully conversant with the latest building control requirements and will ensure your project is fully signed off by your local authority or private building control inspector. Whilst we are happy to assist at the planning stage we always recommend that you seek advice as required from professionals such as a structural engineer, party wall award surveyor, planning or rights of light specialist.
